1 packet (2.75 oz) country gravy mix (plus water as directed)
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
