How do you determine your body type?
The exam is simple and may be completed at home:
Surround your wrist with the thumb and middle finger of your other hand.
Observe how the fingers relate:
- Ectomorph: Fingers can easily be crossed.
- Mesomorphs: Fingers have toes that touch each other without any room or overlap.
- Endomorph: The fingers do not extend to touch each other.
Features of each body type
