Start by whipping up some flatbreads.
Combine with Dry The flour, baking soda, and salt should be mixed together in a large basin.
Combine Wet Recipe Ingredients: Mix in the olive oil and water little by little until a dough forms.
The next step is to knead the dough until it is smooth, which should take about 5 minutes after turning it
out onto a floured surface.
Cut into four equal pieces of dough and roll each one out. Shape each piece into a ball and then press down into rounds that are about 1/4 inch thick.
Preparing Flatbreads: Griddle or skillet should be heated to medium-high heat. After two or three minutes in the pan, flip the flatbreads over and continue cooking until golden and done. While you’re making the filling, keep it warm.
Next, make the yoghurt sauce.
Sauce Blend What you need: Throw the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a bowl and mix well. Thoroughly combine and reserve.
Step Three: Put the Flatbreads Together
To make the filling, boil the eggs and slice them. Add salt and pepper. On top of each flatbread, lay a few egg pieces and garnish with chopped spring onions.
Top with Yogurt Sauce: After the eggs and spring onions are cooked, drizzle the yogurt sauce over them.
To encase the filling, roll or fold the flatbreads.
Step 4: Plate and Top with Herbs, If Prefer.
