8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Caramel Sauce (optional):
1 cup caramel sauce
