2 medium courgettes (approximately 400 g, grated)
1 medium onion (approximately 100 g, finely sliced)
1 garlic clove (grave or finely chopped)
50 g grated parmesan
100 g of breadcrumbs (or
panko for more crisp)
1 medium-earle
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil (for brushing)
Optional: 1 teaspoon of dried oregano or pie
