Ingredients:
2 pounds of frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups cornflakes (crushed)
2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.
Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
