Ingredients:
2 cups of water
1/2 cup of dried hibiscus flowers
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
2-3 tablespoons of honey or sweetener to taste
1 sachet (7 g) of unflavored
gelatin 1/2 cup of cold water
Preparation:
Make the Hibiscus Tea
In a pot, bring the 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add the hibiscus flowers, cinnamon and cloves.
Let it boil for 5-7 minutes and turn off the heat.
