Eggs should not be stored in the refrigerator door
Refrigerator makers frequently construct compartments in the door to keep eggs, causing many people to feel this is the best location for them.
However, food and nutrition experts claim that the refrigerator door is one of the worst locations to store eggs, according to the Daily Mail.
Vlatka Lake, the business director of Space Station, a company that specializes in food preservation, explains that the refrigerator door has the most variable temperature, with regular fluctuations caused by the door opening and closing. Storing eggs in this location makes them more likely to spoil.
Furthermore, the continual opening and closing of the door exerts pressure on the door, causing the eggs to shake and lowering their quality.

Although the refrigerator door is a frequent spot to store eggs, the temperature fluctuates with each opening and closing.
