200 g soft butter
200 g icing sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
100 g brittle
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well. Add the vanilla extract.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually fold it into the butter and egg mixture. Finally, add the chopped hazelnuts.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and level it. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the mixture is golden and firm. Allow to cool.
