For the Pasta:
8 ounces (225 grams) bowtie pasta, rotini pasta, or fusilli pasta
For the Salad:
1/2 English cucumber, diced (about 2 cups)
10 ounces (280 grams) cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bell pepper, any color, seeded and chopped
1 small red onion, chopped (about 1/3 cup)
4 ounces (113 grams) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup (75 grams) pitted Kalamata olives, halved (or to taste)
1/4 cup (5 grams) chopped fresh parsley
For the Greek Salad Dressing:
1/3 cup (80 ml) red wine vinegar
