Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and create a well in the center.
Add the yogurt, baking powder, salt, and sugar into the well.
Mix and gradually incorporate the flour from the sides until a soft dough forms.
2. Form the Balls
Knead the dough until smooth.
Divide it into 8 equal balls.
Let them rest for 5 minutes.
3. Roll Out the Dough
Roll each ball into a thin disk using a rolling pin.
Stack the disks with baking paper between each to prevent sticking.
4. Cook the Flatbreads
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat (level 7–8 out of 9).
Lightly oil the pan.
Cook each flatbread for about 1 minute per side, or until golden brown spots appear.
