Goose grass (Galium aparine), also known as cleavers, is not only known for its health benefits but can also be used to make a refreshing and detoxifying tea. Here’s how you can prepare it:
Ingredients
2 handfuls of fresh goose grass (or 2 tablespoons of dried goose grass)
2 cups of water
Honey or lemon (optional, for taste)
Instructions
Clean the Goose Grass:
Rinse the fresh goose grass thoroughly under cool water to remove any dirt or debris. If using dried goose grass, skip this step.
Boil the Water:
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
