1 package (32 oz) frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
2 tablespoons butter, melted (for topping, optional)
