4. Combine and Season: Once the oats are cooked, stir in the sautéed vegetables and add turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
5. Serve with Toppings: Spoon the savory oatmeal into bowls and top with your choice of sliced almonds, fresh herbs, or a squeeze of lemon for an extra zest.
