- 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Sauce:
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml ketchup
- Fresh parsley, chopped (to taste)
