Ingredients

For the Pastry Dough:

• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon yeast
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teacup (approximately 100ml) oil
• 1 egg (reserve the yolk for topping)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 5 cups flour

For the Filling:

• 3-4 potatoes
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoons milk
• Fresh parsley, chopped

For the Topping:

• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tablespoon milk
