Ingredients:
Set A
• 2 & ¾ cups white sugar
• 3 cups water
Set B
• 2 & ¾ cups sugar
• 3 cups water
• 1 kilo of white beans
• spices/coloring (optional)
• powdered sugar
• water for steaming/soaking
Procedure:
• Rinse white beans under running tap water.
Transfer to a bowl and add water to submerge the beans. Soak overnight.
Overnight later…
