You’ve had banana bread, zucchini bread, and corn bread, but if you thought that was where the fun breads ended, you’re wonderfully incorrect. This peanut butter bread is a densely flavorful, but still light and fluffy loaf that’s sure to make it into regular rotation. While not ideal for a house with nut allergies, this bread is otherwise a huge crowd pleaser and perfect for casual breakfasts, lunch (just add jelly!), or even dessert (a tablespoon of chocolate hazelnut spread, and you’re done!).
Like peanut butter itself, you can have this bread smooth, or crunchy (depending on whether or not you add the chopped peanuts for some extra texture), but either way it’s sure to satisfy even the most devoted peanut butter fans. Enjoy!
