• 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Filling:
• 2 1/2 lbs cream cheese (at room temperature)
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 5 eggs
