- 1 cup (225g) cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup (25g) ground oats or oat flour
- 1 teaspoon mustard
