100 g of Nutella or hazelnut cream
400 ml of Neutral Cream (33% Fat)
400 g mascarpone or cream cheese
200 g of glass sugar

Mix with Nutella: Add the Nutella to the crumbled cookies and mix well with a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Prepare the Base: Pour the wafer and Nutella mixture into an 18cm diameter mold and level with a spatula. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to solidify the mixture.

Whip the cream: In a bowl, beat the neutral cream with an electric whisk until creamy.
Mix with Mascarpone: In another bowl, mix the mascarpone and icing sugar until smooth and smooth.
Combine ingredients: add the whipped cream to the mascarpone and icing sugar mixture, stirring gently until well combined.

Store the cake in the fridge: place the pan with the wafer base in the fridge and let it rest for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
