  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a standard sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a skillet, heat a couple of drizzles of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, seasoning with 1 tsp of dried Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and black pepper to taste. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, until softened.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a roughly 12 x 16-inch rectangle on a flat surface.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  5. Evenly distribute the chopped steak over the cheese layer, followed by the sautéed onion and pepper mixture.
  6. Drizzle the Parmesan-Peppercorn dressing over the top, then add the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Carefully roll the dough starting from the widest edge, ending with the seam side down. Transfer the roll to the prepared sheet pan, keeping the seam side down.
  8. Brush the top and sides of the roll with melted butter. Sprinkle the top with the remaining ½ tsp of dried Italian seasoning, garlic salt to taste, and the grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the roll is golden brown.
  10. Let the roll rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
