- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a standard sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a skillet, heat a couple of drizzles of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, seasoning with 1 tsp of dried Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and black pepper to taste. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, until softened.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a roughly 12 x 16-inch rectangle on a flat surface.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough.
- Evenly distribute the chopped steak over the cheese layer, followed by the sautéed onion and pepper mixture.
- Drizzle the Parmesan-Peppercorn dressing over the top, then add the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Carefully roll the dough starting from the widest edge, ending with the seam side down. Transfer the roll to the prepared sheet pan, keeping the seam side down.
- Brush the top and sides of the roll with melted butter. Sprinkle the top with the remaining ½ tsp of dried Italian seasoning, garlic salt to taste, and the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the roll is golden brown.
- Let the roll rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
