Prepare the Biscuit Cake:

  1. Crush the Biscuits:
    • In a large bowl, crush the biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Add Walnuts:
    • Combine the crumbled biscuits with chopped walnuts and set aside.
  3. Make the Chocolate Syrup:
    • In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, water, and cocoa powder.
    • Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking until the butter and sugar are completely melted and everything is well combined.
  4. Boil and Mix:
    • Bring the mixture to a boil, then turn off the heat.
    • Add vanilla essence and stir well.
  5. Combine with Biscuits:
    • Pour the hot mixture over the crushed biscuits and walnuts.
    • Stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined and the biscuits are evenly coated.
  6. Shape the Cake:
    • Line a square or rectangular dish with parchment paper.
    • Press the mixture evenly and firmly into the dish.
  7. Chill the Cake:
    • Place in the refrigerator and chill until the cake hardens, about 2 hours.
