- Heat the Cream:
- In a saucepan, heat the whipped cream until it begins to boil.
- Melt the Chocolate:
- Remove from the stove and add the dark chocolate.
- Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Glaze the Cake:
- Allow the glaze to cool slightly, then pour it over the chilled biscuit cake.
- Optionally, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top for decoration.
- Chill Again:
- Refrigerate for another 2 hours, or until the glaze is firm.
- Serve:
