- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (any kind, dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups (360g) powdered sugar (confectioners’ sugar), sifted to remove lumps
