Vietnamese coriander, also known as Persicaria odorata, is more than just a flavorful herb. Its powerful medicinal properties make it a must-have plant in every home, regardless of size. Here are several ways this plant can help with common health issues:

Take a handful of Vietnamese coriander, wash it, crush it, and squeeze out the juice. Rub the pulp on your stomach, especially around the lower abdomen, to relieve discomfort.
