Ingredients :
- Rice water soaked overnight
- 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel
- 1 tablespoon of rose water
Instructions for use :
- In a clean bottle, pour half a cup of rice water soaked overnight .
- Add 1 tablespoon of rose water and 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel to the rice water.
- Mix all ingredients well until well blended.
- Soak a clean cotton pad with this toner and gently dab it on your face.
