Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin (about 800g)
0.3 lb cured bacon (about 150g)
3-4 prunes
Rosemary sprig
1 tsp wholegrain mustard 1
tbsp sweet chili sauce
3 tsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Prepare the pork tenderloin:
Remove the silverskin from the tenderloin. Trim any excess fat or uneven areas.
Cut the pork tenderloin in half lengthwise, then cut each piece in half again. Make sure the pieces are roughly the same size.
