Ingredients:
- 1 pound shredded, cooked brisket
- 2 red peppers, diced (remove seeds to reduce heat)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pie crusts, homemade or store-bought
