1 cup of grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of milk or cream
Freshly cut parsley (for decoration)

To cook potatoes:
Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) before using.
Clean the potatoes well and dry them. Poke them with a fork a few times, then coat them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Put on a baking tray and bake for around 60 minutes or until the potatoes are soft inside.
