1 package frozen potstickers (any filling you prefer)
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup sliced mushrooms (shiitake or cremini work great)
2 cups bok choy, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, grated
2 green onions, sliced (reserve some for garnish)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional, for added depth)
