step 2
Once removed from the heat, start adding the wheat flour but, little by little, start mixing using a whisk or a hand whisk.
Step 3
Put it back on the heat, but keep stirring so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom and burn. Then remove it when you see that all the ingredients have compacted, dried and formed a ball. To know that the dough is ready you have to touch it and not leave residues on your fingers.
Step 4
Put the mixture in a bowl and make a hole in the center, add the eggs little by little and incorporate them into the mixture.
Step 5
Place the baking paper on a baking tray and with the help of a piping bag start to form 1 cm balls. But leaving a separation between them, because when they are cooked they start to grow.
Step 6
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C. Next, place the baking tray to bake the balls for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and reserve.
Step 7
In a small saucepan, melt a little butter, add the chocolate bar and the cocoa so that everything integrates and forms the coating.
