Ingredients:
π 3 large apples (preferably sweet, e.g. Szara Reneta, Ligol)
πͺ 200g biscuit crackers
π₯ 1 package of vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
π₯ 500 ml milk
π 3 tablespoons sugar
π― 200 g caramel or toffee
π§ 1 tablespoon butter
π 1 teaspoon lemon juice
πΏ Optional: cinnamon, walnuts for decoration
π¨βπ³ Preparation:
1οΈβ£ Prepare the apples
βοΈ Wash, peel and thinly slice the apples.
βοΈ To prevent them from turning dark, sprinkle them with lemon juice.
2οΈβ£ Cook the custard
Heat milk in a saucepan, add custard and sugar.
βοΈ Let the mixture reduce until it thickens, then add butter, stir and let cool slightly.
3οΈβ£ Layers
βοΈ Place the first layer of crackers on the bottom of the pan.
βοΈ Spread the custard on top and then spread a layer of apples on top.
