Preparing the Rejuvenating Japanese Facial Mask
Get ready half a cup of organic brown rice (free of pesticides or chemicals), cook it and when it’s done, drain it but don’t throw away the water.
Take the rice and add the avocado and honey to a bowl. Using a spoon, stir the combination well until you have a smooth, even paste.
Once you have that homogeneous mixture, it’s time to rub the mask to your skin, where you can leave it on for 15 or 20 minutes.
Then, take a cotton ball and wipe your face with the rice water you previously separated.
