- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup chicken or beef broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
