The key lies in a compound called apigenin, which has been found to destroy up to 86% of cancer cells.
Other foods rich in apigenin include celery, onions, oranges, oregano, cilantro, chamomile tea, red wine, and artichokes. However, parsley contains the highest concentration of this compound, making it the most recommended source in cancer prevention or support treatment.
