  1. Boil the Milk
    Heat 2 cups of milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
  2. Add the Beetroot
    Add the chopped beetroot to the simmering milk. Reduce the heat to low and let the beets infuse their flavor and color into the milk.
  3. Cook Until Tender
    Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the beetroot pieces are soft. This allows the milk to absorb the beets’ vibrant hue and nutrients.
  4. Cool and Blend
    Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly. Blend the mixture in a blender or use an immersion blender until smooth.
  5. Strain the Mixture
    For a silky texture, strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth, discarding any pulp.
  6. Sweeten to Taste
