- Boil the Milk
Heat 2 cups of milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching. - Add the Beetroot
Add the chopped beetroot to the simmering milk. Reduce the heat to low and let the beets infuse their flavor and color into the milk. - Cook Until Tender
Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the beetroot pieces are soft. This allows the milk to absorb the beets’ vibrant hue and nutrients. - Cool and Blend
Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly. Blend the mixture in a blender or use an immersion blender until smooth. - Strain the Mixture
For a silky texture, strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth, discarding any pulp. - Sweeten to Taste
