Instructions
1. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet and heat the oven to 375°F, or 190°C.
2. Preheat a baking sheet and roll out the pizza dough that has been chilled.
3. Evenly distribute the Dijon mustard over the pizza dough, ensuring a 1-inch margin around the outside.
4. After that, spread the mustard out evenly and top with the shredded chicken, thinly sliced ham, and shredded Swiss cheese.
5. Beginning with one of the longer sides, carefully roll up the pizza dough. Pinch the edges to seal the stromboli.
6. Lightly coat the stromboli with the beaten egg.
7. Combine dried parsley, garlic powder, melted butter, and Panko breadcrumbs in a small dish. On top of the stromboli, evenly distribute this mixture.
8. The stromboli should be cooked through and golden brown after 25 to 30 minutes in the oven.
9. After a few minutes, remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Slice and serve.
