I make this slow-cooked ham glazed in a sweet-tart honey pineapple sauce on the weekend and eat the leftovers in sandwiches, on baked potatoes and in fried rice.
Since you buy ham fully cooked, you need only heat and flavor it before serving. The slow cooker keeps ham moist and gives it time to absorb the flavorful glaze. You don’t need to baste or rotate the ham; just cook and eat!

1 teaspoon canola oil
2-pound boneless, spiral-cut, fully cooked ham
20-ounce can pineapple slices, juice reserved
1/2 cup honey
