π Step-by-step preparation
π Prepare the rolled base
π Cook the carrots in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes, until very tender. π Drain them, then mash them with a blender or potato masher.
π In a bowl, beat the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
π Add the carrot puree, flour, and baking powder.
