Ingredients:
1 head of garlic (or more, depending on your needs)
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Herbs of your choice (optional, e.g. thyme, rosemary)
Instructions:
Prepare the garlic:
Cut the top off the garlic head to expose the cloves. You do not need to remove the skin.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil, making sure to coat the cut cloves well.
Season with salt, pepper, and if desired, add herbs like thyme or rosemary.
Air Fryer Cooking:
Place prepared garlic head in air fryer basket, cut side up.
Set air fryer to 350°F (180°C) and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, until cloves are tender and caramelized.
Serving:
Once cooked, let cool for a few minutes. Squeeze garlic cloves to extract the sweet, flavorful pulp.
