Beef Fried Rice Recipe

– ½ lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced and cut into small pieces
– ½ cup frozen peas
– ½ cup frozen carrots, chopped
– 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, adds umami)
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 green onion, thinly sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste
