1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
