For the mojito and Fanta compote (3 recipes, 9 cans in total), prepare the following ingredients:
1.5 kg apples;
1.5-2 kg raspberries;
1.5 kg apricots;
a bunch of fresh mint;
2 lemons and 2 oranges;
250 grams of sugar for 3 jars (750 grams in total).
Raspberry Mojito: Prepare 3 clean, sterilized jars with lids. To each, add 500 grams of raspberries, 4 lemon slices (remove the seeds), and a sprig of fresh mint. Pour boiling water over each jar, cover, and let stand for 20 minutes.
Pour the liquid from all the cans into a saucepan, add 250 grams of sugar, and set the heat on. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, then pour back into the jars. Roll up the jars with lids, wrap them in a cloth, and let them cool completely.
Apricot Fanta
Wash the apricots, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Divide the apricot halves evenly among 3 jars, then add 3-4 orange slices, 1-2 lemons (remove the pits from the orange and lemon), and a sprig of mint to each jar.
