– 800g-1kg bacon hock
– 1ltr stock (I used veg)
– 700g pumpkin
– 1 sweet potato
– 2 potato
– 2 teaspoon minced garlic
– a few pepper corns ( couldn’t get them out of my grinder so just grinder some on top )
– cream (for the end)
