What is a diced steak?
Cubic steak is a soft meat that is crushed to create a cube-shaped pattern on its surface. If it is not available, you can replace it using thicker, less tender pieces of meat, such as fillet or stretch tip. To do this, place the meat between layers of plastic and pile it up with a meat tenderizer until it is flat and tender, then use it in the recipes as a substitute for steak cube, although the exact consistency may differ.
